2. Orders & Payment
By placing an order you confirm you are 18+ (or have parental consent), all information provided is accurate, and you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion; you'll receive a full refund if cancelled.
3. Pricing
All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Shipping is calculated at checkout. The price shown at the time of your order is the price you pay.
4. Products
We make every effort to accurately describe our products. Slight colour variations may occur due to screen calibration. All cases are compatible with the AirPods generations listed on the product page.
5. Intellectual Property
All site content — images, logos, copy, and design — is owned by LuxPod Case and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Irish law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
